Captivated A Makilien Trilogy Short Story eBook Molly Evangeline

This is a companion story to the series. Having never read the series, I wondered about a couple of things, but not enough to diminish from the main thrust of the story. The author did a good job with the Main Character's feelings, showing us how he felt instead of telling us. Very masterfully done! One part I disliked--I think the main character is an elf. Not knowing exactly the storyworld (are these elves the traditional mystical creature or merely some form of human?) I simply put the MC as a human, since all his behavior's and feelings were quite human. Short and interesting.

Captivated A Makilien Trilogy Short Story eBook Molly Evangeline Reviews

I so enjoyed this short story that takes place many years after the trilogy. It was so fun to see what was going on with the characters.
This is such a warm sweet romance! I loved it!
It was so much fun to learn more about characters from the Makilien Trilogy in later years too! I can see many more short stories coming....I hope!!
I've grown to really love Molly's books and I hope there are many more in the future to come. I did enjoy this short story and enjoyed seeing Leyia mature and how her life changed. I would encourage this short story.
This short story was totally worth it to get a final glimpse of my favorite characters one last time, especially the elf Elmorhirian. I couldn’t stop laughing the entire way through this story, and I read it twice in as many days because I loved it so much.
Since I had ordered all three of the Makillien books, I decided to add this one too. It is an amusing short story that gives a peek into what happens in the "happily ever after." Just as I suspected!
It was wonderful, like visiting old friends. It also let you know what some of the character that you came to love in the trilogy did after the war was over and peace was finally found. It is a sweet little love story and one I highly suggest. I am always looking for something new from this Christian writer, she has a lot of talent in conveying faith and Gods love for us in a story and that is rare.

Sincerely, Kaysie.S
An entirely adorable, quick story about Elmorhirian’s love life. ) I kind of saw this coming in Trust, but I wasn’t sure. Captivated also provided little tidbits of what’s been happening since Trust, as it’s been a few years. I’m delighted with the outcomes! I would love another short story like this of Makilien and her friends…!
But if not, I SUPPOSE my excitement for a whole new fantasy world in the coming book Resistance by Jaye L. Knight (Molly Evangeline under a different pen name), will probably be sufficient. )
